26 Ewing St Lismore

Karla and I were looking to rent a place up in the northern rivers region and got a rude shock when it came to the rents for houses in the area, so we had a quick look at places for sale...
Well we found this one.. 26 Ewing St, Lismore. 25 mins from the coast, 1km from the centre of lismore, and rental potential thats pretty darn good. We rushed up on Friday night, lined up an inspection of this place and a few others in the same price range, and by midday Saturday had decided to get in and put a deposit on this place. Rustic and charm filled perhaps, but livable, and far cheaper than renting other places... :) Theres potential for water views once every hundred years to boot!! The new levee system seems to reduce that potential a bit though. We're pretty excited, and plan to get it all settled and signed of ASAP.
