It really does rain in Canberra

Just incase anyone was listening to the weather reports and bloody wingey farmers that dont think it rains - heres a pic of the rain falling mainly on the plains. Lake George is now filling up!

Silly steep hills and rolling rocks

Been working down near Canberra lately. Working on a very steep hillslope looking at rockfalls and other interesting stuff. Here is a shot of some lovely bendy trees. It seems the wind blows from the west most of the time.
